Tell you what .. This one 10” Fosgate sub is ridiculously great .. I thought one speaker are you kidding ..nope just the one is plenty enough it flat rocks . Super simple install in a 2021 f150 .. I still can’t believe how great it sounds …
Nice upgrade. I personally lifted my rear seat with the LMI lift kit and had a box made for two 10” kicker compvr subs. Yours is sweet also. Thumbs up.

Quick question if I am using that OEM subwoofer harness. can I connect the left and right (+) inputs to the VIOLET wire, and connect the left and right (-) inputs to the GREEN wire?
Do you got pics of it? I have one as well but planing to put it in a 2020 Silverado crew cab currently have it in a 2019 accord dnt want to buy another one I hope it will fit 🤞🏽
Hey really need your help, I have the same sub and the same truck, I did the for-scan and it turns the amp on but I don’t know how to connect the speakers wires to the RCAs
As cheap as it was and easy to do very happy, but I'd love to have a complete sound system. All new speakers to individual amp and that would come with a better sub setup as well. But I do not regret going this route the difference from stock is night and day
I listen to everything and I wouldn't say its dependant on genres I would say it's the sing itself. Some rap songs have sloppy bass and other song have crisp hard punches. Same with rock. Dubstep seems to sound really good
I had this issue. Each rca prong has two wires. Pos and neg. If you tap into speaker wire, find your pos and neg speaker wire. And put both pos wires from RCA cables together and both negative wires together and splice
do you know if you could do 2 of these as far as wiring goes? not too worried about how they would fit but more specifically if and how you would wire them?
I'm not sure if its possible wiring up two of these specific subs? But 2 subs can definitely be supported using this method would just have to buy the correct amp and 2x sub setup.
Supp brother, thanks for the video. Do you know if the 12 inch has the same dimensions as the 10 inch? Wondering if the 12 will fit just like the 10 does under the back seats.
There's 3 wires you take from the oem harness a remote wire and 2 audio wires a +/-, the +/- hook up to p300 harness after you turn the +/- on through forscan buy going into forscan and turning on the oem sub
Hey bro, nice set up! Btw just curious on why did you decide to go for the 10 instead of the 12? Im bum right row and can’t decide which one to get. Im not sure what the difference is other than its size but sound wise, nit really sure. Thanks for your help!
it's not a 200sft multiplex, it's a truck cab. a little bit will go a long way. I had the 8" version and it was more than enough to rattle my truck, not that I wanted that... just saying.
I think facing trunk generally gives more db but it rattled every loose plastic piece on my deck in my car so I have mine facing the driver. Sounds a lot better and I think it’s louder too
Do not use the auto turn on feature with this or the LC7i in newer vehicles I bought a brand new 2019 Silverado Trail Boss fully loaded for nearly 70k, through a nice setup in it with battery in the cab. Long story short I walked out of target and my truck was on fire in the parking lot due to the lc7i cutting everything on and off with that auto turn on feature. You only want to have the amp on when the vehicle is on! Lesson learned.
@@ChanceOShel The easiest way I've seen to do this: when you have one stereo channel (+/-) and you need to connect to the RCA cables L&R (2 channels) like on this amp, you can simply cut the RCA connectors off, leaving you with 4 wires: L (+/-) and R (+/-). Take the L - & R - wires and connect to the speaker - wire; then take the L+ & R+ wires and connect them to the speaker + wire. Then plug that into the amps input. You're essentially providing the same signal wire from the stereo to both channels. As long as both +'s and both -'s from the RCA plugs are connected, you won't have any issues.

How much did that cost and how high does it move up?
I know you spliced into the factory amp sub harness. Did you splice left and right RCA’s together do you have a pic or diagram? Thanks for the video.
I'm currently stuck on that..
Hey man did you use a line output converter or just splice rca cables directly into the factory wire harness
Same question
You can do the line output converter with Forscan to avoid clipping

I cannot find that harness on my truck. I have the 2019 f150 xlt
Clear as mud
why did you decide to go with the 10 inch instead of the 12?
12 inch won't allow the seat to fold all the way down
the Sub needs air to breathe work better. With that type of box..
Does the 09 gave that harness
What inch lift do you have on your truck bro ?
Maybe I’m missing this but did you need to run a power line to your battery at all? Or is that what the remote wire is for?
Yes, I still have 12v power from battery and ground cable is attached to frame behind rear seat.
I have a p300-12 from my old car, it's not a truck version, so I think I might have to buy a seat lift kit to make it fit, but hiwndoes your sound ?
I wish I could capture the sound, but it definitely bumps foe how, easy of an install it is and how hidden it is I definitely csnt complain
Can you do a video with it playing so we get an idea of how it sounds. Thanks
You won’t be able to hear the sub unless you have a sub, just being honest
