Honestly this just goes to show you how human we all are. Whenever James brings on such a random combination of guests at the same time, they always play off each other very well and it seems like there is always a happy vibe. Really shows that we arent as diff as we think we are 🤷🏻♂️

There is a difference between being PAID less and EARNING less. That 82 cents for every dollar a man earns is nonsense. They take the average of all men (regardless of position) and the average of all women (regardless of position) and that's where they are arrive at that figure.
They don't consider how woman leave to become mother's while men stay to work , that's where the gap is . It's not like a man and a woman apply for a waitoring job and the men get minimum wage while the woman make 0.82 X the minimum .

I'm all for equal pay for equal play. So how much should women tennis players be paid, when their tournaments are best of three sets and mens' tournaments are best of five? Would it be 60%?
Nah it has literally nothing to do with that it's to do with how much the sport is watched and how much revenue the sport gets, and women's tennis is one of the biggest women's sports if not the biggest
