Helsinki tram traffic in winter storm

Helsinki is the capital city of Finland. There are 10 tram lines and the length for two-way network is almost 80 kilometers. There was a winter storm 1st February 2018. I had been waiting for a bad winter weather to be able to record a Skoda ForCity Smart Artic and finally my wish was fulfilled. In this video clip there are also Bombardier Variotram and old Valmet MLNRV II trams in traffic.

Great video about how you can implement public transportation despite the harsh climate. Compare this to the USA where even cars would stop running in a weather like this.
