Holy mother of prep work and oh my all the lucious butter in those waffles. They are masters with the knife. I've never seen anyone break down a whole chicken so masterfully and perfectly. They make it look simple.

Not a fan of Chicken & Waffles together but I could probably do the fried chicken 🐓🐓🐓 & Salmon Cakes probably or not along as the salmon cakes don't have Shrimp 🦐🦐 in it also.
Here's a better idea, have a metal ring cut to size that fits exactly the portion size of salmon mix required, then just pipe it in. Would save several steps (gathering, weighing, placing & shaping) in the process.

Pearl Sugar, it's a Liege waffle. It's not made to be sweet but more like a buttery bread with melted sugar clumps. Its usually eaten with a fruit topping as a street food, The REAL Belgian waffle.
For such a large channel, this is a very lazy channel. How long would it actually take to put in subtitles to identify ingredients? It would greatly enhance the viewer experience, knowing what goes into a dish.
