Hi, I haven't tried Scotts on any of my bikes. I use a bag on my tank and I feel like the Scotts would get in the way there.

Any tips to work out where to clamp the damper into the mount? Or is it trial and error until it misses everything? Just bought one.

It's simple enough. It is necessary to fix the damper in the mount so that you can move it by hand if you want to. When turning the wheel, make sure that the damper does not touch anything. If it does, correct the mount by hand. This is the moment on the video (1:33). I made this adjustment in 30 seconds.

I’ve got a 2019 S so it’s a bit different underneath, an extra piece of plastic in front of the damper. It seems to fit fine just had to fiddle with the position of the damper in the clamp to get full lock, and orientation of the adjuster is different. Can’t see the adjuster so I’ll keep a record of where it’s set. A very useful video to get an idea of what I was doing before taking bits off so thanks for this. The Hyperpro damper instructions aren’t that clear. @@D-Stealth
