That looks... both fun and utterly terrifying!
The welding was... functional, but the front and rear hub shafts clearly showed they weren't up to the task at the end with their buckling as badly as they did, welding those bearings to the body was just crazy, you had a lathe there, so why didn't you turn a length of pipe to accept the bearings and do that properly?
Finally, the way that front wheel sticks so far forward of the turning point made it look excessively unstable...
Fun to ride? definitely.
Safe? NOPE!

Man that thing looks like fun!! The front tire is too far out though. Makes the bike want to fall into turns. See if you can find the 90cc version of that engine and put exhaust on it. I want to ride! Keep learning and keep building!

one thing you need to do to get nice looking welds : make the parts verry clean , no rust or paint and wipe down with acethone , you be supprized how mush difference that makes on youre welds
the way you made the frontfork puts the wheel at a too big angle from the hing / turn point of the steering . you could make the downpipe bend more toward the motor and have the axle of the wheel in line with the turnpoint , will make the steering a lot lighter and doesnt give the feeling that the bike only wants to drive straight ahead
the jackshaft is a good idea but placing it under the hinge of the rearfork will cause the chain to tension as the bike sags down

I just watched this to the end to see what gives up first, the overly elongated axles or the fork. I also knew the chain will make problems. At this speed it might work, at any higher speed the constant change in chain-tension will either cause the chain to jump out or rip.....the suspensions are not....how do I say that...very sophisticated

I would never trust those welds. Cool factor but the welding is too scary to ride
All in all you have to give this guy credit take a look at where he’s at what he’s working with in my eyes this guy could’ve been one of A great engineer
That thing is a death trap, but looks cool tho! lol.....Put a chain tensioner on it so the chain isn't so sloppy. Also, I can tell that the rear tire is starting to tilt sideways because the one bolt holding it cant hold the weight of the rider, you somehow need to stabilize the rear wheel better.

Good idea But rong way of doing it and single sided is always hard to do . Try a bigger swing arm of a 600cc or bigger for the size of wheel and make bigger triple trees for front

A lot of work for something that's not going to last. The frame is flexing every time they turn it.
You guys should really learn how to weld, maybe watch some videos on CZcams that will help you better understand what you doing, because those welds are horrible, not only that, you're not using the filler rod properly when you TIG weld! Lol But good ideas!

modification is not for daily. when crossing a damaged road, the frame must be broken. also looks unstable when driving.

Get some smaller fill rod. You won’t have to get so much heat out of your tungsten and will be able to get a puddle of molten mettle to flow.
All good but shock absorber on front suspension arm needs to be at least with plastic sleeve or ball bearing not metal in metal.
In Germany we say "Pfusch"...

It's not a good idea... Swing arm needs stability and the drive chain might tangled with it's swing arm.. front wheel must be smaller than the rear wheel so it's easy to balance and to do the turns... However,,,, you guys are are creative...
All tht time to watch them build this slow shyt! Damn it have the motor of a drill n it or what

I don't like the square corners, low unguarded chain and loud exhaust needs a spark arrestor. The Chaly looks like a Trail 90 which was better engineered. You have added a lot of weight and concentrated stress.
A very good idea.. But for sure u gonna learn a lot with that project.. The convertion, the extension of the front wheel from the center, the rear shock absorver position, welding procedure, the thickness of the tubular you used, welding with the bearings... Anyway sir still a good concept of modification..

man what a waste of a good bike you could of made it better in almost all aspects of it and could of been a nice build --welding for your tig/tag welding you didn't prep the surfaces properly any bit of anything can effect the weld and cause that weld to be prone to failure, the MMA welding was just a series of tacks which again causes a poor weld because the impurities from the previous tack contaminate the next one over again effecting the strength of the weld which can lead to inclusions or poracity which if any part fails whist your riding you'll either end up in a wheel chair for the rest of your life or death.
-design of it and planning it out every aspect of this was just thrown together without much thought which could cost you your life on the road
-calculations how a bike handles is a massive part in how it handles and how safe it is which is why all those numbers weight distribution what angle your shock is what the gross weight is estimated to be so you can calculate the shock spring weight same goes for wheel angles how fast it turns esc is all based on the numbers
-correct choice of steel and correct gauge you used too thin of material i get it you want to save as much weight as possible on your bike as but thats usually overcome by using a more complex design to save as much weight whist also making it stiffer by for example using trianglation in the frame to minimise flex those bit of square tubing were flexing HARD which can lead to metal fatigue and break which you guessed it causes death or serious injuries
final thoughts. everything about this bike screams deathtrap to me which is bad enough being on a motorbike nevermind being on india's roads its either gonna fail on the road and the guy is gonna be crippled or dead OR it could fail in the middle of nowhere and leave him stranded when he needs it the most. i hope he fixes these issues and improves the designby learning from these massive mistakes that could cost him his life which isn't fun for anyone :(
