I have a question, if I may. Outcome 2.4.2: the way that added value is achieved through compliance with policy and process is basically cost avoidance? Or am I missing something?

Well they would be avoiding costs by avoiding non compliance as they all have cost impacts but it is also the reputational damage and legal action you need to include as well
