I have a way of farming shisui. When you reach level 450 (you unlock the 2nd stage) use the Q spec then hawk summoning, that will almost give you 2 to 5 levels each time you do it and i maxed mine for only 40 minutes.

the first move is a stun attack. you can still use melee and skills.
second skill is like a full counter, where you dodge the attack and tp behind the enemy.
third attack is a genjutsu, that hits for a ton of damage once used. it also has a pretty big aoe

A way to instant replenish stamina for the hawk summon when grinding is by having low taijutsu and a good mode. When your stamina runs out, activate mode, wait like two seconds to full your stamina, then turn it off and spam hawk again.

If you do ability areana every time you use a sharingan move you immediately level up your genkai hope it helped. I recommended using obito sharingan and itachis

What I like to do is I will grind up the genkai as much as I can then if it is still far from maxed I leave an afk log farm over night and that normally gets the genkai maxed. I did this with my itachi sharingan and from lvl 0 to lvl 756 over one night just off of logs
