Robotic Case Erecting, Case Packing, and Palletizing | Remtec Automation

Automated system to case pack, band, label, palletize, and band unit loads of roll material. A robotic case erector for side-loaded cases (Fanuc M-10iD/12) picks blanks and places them into a case loader. Cases are automatically closed and banded, then labeled. Cased and uncased styles of products are palletized without mechanical changeover. Final loads are banded and stretch-wrapped.
