  • To make this healthy porridge we need the below ingredients:
    Sambha rice -1 cup
    Water -2 cup
    Milk -1 cup
    Ghee -2 table spoon
    Jeera-1/4 tsp
    Pepper - 1/4 tsp
    Garlic -7-9 pods
    Cooking method :
    Take a pressure cooker and add in ghee once it's melts add on jeera, garlic and give a stir for 30 seconds. Now add in soaked rice ,water and milk to the pressure pan and keep upto 3 or 4 whistles.
    Now u can add milk or water to your preferred porridge consistency.
    Our healthy porridge is ready !!!!!
