    I took your course on animation I hope to have the basics to finally start it ... not easy to see all the subtleties of your choices when we are a layman

  • @michaelsmusicinstruments9980

    great Job pierrick, a very extensive course, you have put a lot of hard work into it. I will work through piece by piece.
    to be fair, i can only write a review afterwards. The introduction is promising.
    Note for people who want to buy this great course: the downloads are 31 GB unzipped, make free space on your computer :-)

    i wonder whether you will ever go over facial animation in your course, as a future chapter perhaps? Or is it something that's intuitive after learning the already existing chapters?

      @PierrickPicaut_P2DESIGN  Před 3 lety +4

      Havn’t planned it yet. Good body mechanics will sure make you a better acting animator. I need to first find /build a rig that allows a good facial animation range.

    Its very curious how all of that can obviously be largely automated (with physics simulation) yet almost none of the modern animation software does that.
    Except cascadeur, but its going sour now since they removed fbx exports for free licenses.
