Motivation, training, learning, hard work & involvement of parents and children is very important in getting good excellent improvement in children with cerebral palsy. If the children are being forced for therapy then they are not going to participate and improvement will not be so good.
Parents also need to learn all the exercises and should continue therapy at home. in the initial period, they need intensive therapy for a few months followed by maintenance therapy at home. Most of the children also need a brace for the foot.
