Chilli Mealmaker Recipe ( Odia ) | Soya Chunks Chilli Recipe by Mrunalinee : Soyabean Badi Chilli Recipe by Mrunalinee : Here I have shown a very delicious Indo-Chinese dish called Chilli Mealmaker ( Soya chunks chilli / Soyabena chilli ) .
Which tastes slightly crispy outside and soft juicy flavourful inside goes great as a Starter or enjoy this mouth watering Soya bean chilli / Mealmaker chilli with any Indo-Chinese dish like Fried Rice, noodles etc. or with Roti , Paratha, Naan etc. Enjoy this Indo-Chinese food made by Mrunalinee :)
Ingredients :
1. Soya Chunks ( Mealmaker / Soyabean Badi ) - 50 gm or 2 cups
2. Onion - 1 ( big ) or 1/2 bowl
3. Capsicum - 1/2 bowl
4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
5. Chopped Garlic - 1 tbsp ( or 10-12 cloves )
6. Green Chilli - 1
7. Corn flour / Arrowroot Powder - 3 tbsp
8. All-purpose flour - 1½ tbsp
9. Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
10. Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
11. Soya sauce - 1/4 tbsp
12. Vinegar - 1/4 tbsp
13. Black Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
14. Orange red food colour - 1 pinch
15. Salt to taste
16. Oil
