      The crazy thing is that with all of those savings thanks to my consultant ( *Leah* *Foster* *Alderman* ) I could literally buy a property every year, lower my tax situation even more, and keep earning more money-but it's also possible that it could put me in a position where I can make millions of dollars in the future. I can tell you right now that it works for me. I have 13 houses that are actually making me $65,000 more a year.

      As your income is growing and most others aren't in your shoes right now, you will gain tax-wise from your investment in the country's infrastructure. I did my research on your adviser and discovered that they have a lot of experience.

      It's complicated, but yes, it is much more limited if you are not a real estate professional.

    Yeah but you also have property taxes which cannot be avoided. Will you get insurance? The cash flow will not be $4,800 yearly on his example. Not even close.

      Yeah and he better pray the roof doesn't leak or have tenants call for any problems or that cash flow can end up in the negative or far less and from my experience, there will always be problems every year even if they are minor. Some won't be minor, but when all is said ​and done, it is a lot harder than he makes it seem and a lot less cash flow than he makes it seem but of course he wants to use your money to make himself money so it makes sense why he doesn't tell his viewers the whole truth. @aaajamesbond2995
