yoo these prints look sick! I thought they look like loading screens from dbz games
Not to get too specific, but her human form is canon, android 21 herself isnt. 21 is based off Vomi the same way 16 is based of her and Geros son, Gevo. Thats why 21 can turn "majin". So while the game fighterz isnt canon, the design of Vomi is. Hope that makes sense lol, I know its convoluted.

@@NostalgiaUnboxedShe recently had a cameo in the latest DBS movie, “Superhero”. Not as Android 21, but as the base behind the creation; Vomi. As stated by dstr001. They did not go into detail on her status & such, but she does exist in the canon timeline as a human from what we were given. :)

@NostalgiaUnboxed there is no confirmation of any of that not being "canon" what has been confirmed multiple times, is that there are a lot of continuities, not just one. Even the movies haven't been discarded, different continuity and just as valid as all the others
@@NostalgiaUnboxed she's gero's wife, and presumably another scientist, but also presumably had no ki power's because frankly there's no evidence she was ever experimented in, same for their son, as 16 was based on him, not directly him, probably out of grief and gero's blood lust towards Goku, which was probably caused by him killing his kid while dealing with the red ribbon army. Most is speculation given what we know, like 16 not having any human parts means he's not like gero or 17&18, alongside Goku's actions.
I main this character can confirm that she doesn't really punch.
She does a lot more open palm strikes and slaps you with her tail.

Lab coat 21 also has a grab where she smacks the shit out of the other character
21 doesn’t really punch, for the most part she just kinda… slaps… the closest thing she has to a punch is 5L where she kinda smacks you with the tips of her fingers. Other than that I don’t think she really has any punch animations, she either kicks, uses her tail, or the aforementioned slaps

I like how the Dragon Ball content on this channel has taken off and there is a range of lines that are doing well for this channel. I recall awhile ago Mr. Unboxed making comments along the lines of this becoming a Turtle Boy channel, but I don’t think that’s a concern any more. Now the channel can develop content around what truly matters: boxes and box-related transition effects
Still impossible to find a balance. I gotta lean one way or the other to succeed

Easily one of my favorite characters. From her story, the design- the way she's essentially 2 minds within 1 body is pretty cool (bipolar though... not so cool). I've got her posed with 16, her labcoat version, and once 20 comes in, I'll be all set!

My favorite character from the game and maybe my favorite DBZ character now. My biggest issue with the female figures, or just the thinner figures in general, is how jointy and segmented they get. Shes a bit of an older figure, but its really jarring seeing her arms next Spiral on my shelf.
But she doesnt punch to my memory. Its a lot of chops, slaps, and beams, plus the odd tail swipe or elbow, but no need for fists.

3:50 the face here is from Good Android 21, during the Android Arc of FighterZ's story mode android 21 splits herself into a good and bad version same way Buu does and the good version has this face and eyes

Yeah, the lack of forward looking neutral faces and fists (even if she doesn't use them in the game, fists are just kinda common fare for almost every figure with interchangeable hands. It's almost an unspoken rule now that they're always included regardless) were a talking point when she first released as well.
Regardless, I do think she's pretty nice.

I am very sad that this figure (and a LOT of others) was never released here in NZ, nor was the model kit. It would likely cost hundreds of dollars just to get this figure, which I cannot justify to myself, which is a real shame cause she's one of my favourite characters.

I remember i first got the bootleg of this at a local con thinking it was the real thing and it ended up almost falling apart. Now i have the real deal and it is leagues better. Also I plan to use the bootleg as extra parts and maybe my first kit bach as even bootleg still has all her personality translate over.

You're not missing much for Labcoat 21, her legs are a bit limited and has a limited ab crunch. She also has a Energy ball

I got the 2 figures. And I think I prefer lab coat by aesthetics and design. But the 21 majin is able to do any pose (a coat and a skirt obviously difficult to do certain poses). Both cases, the heels doesn’t help. For 21 majin, the tail is another leg, and for lab coat, you necessarily need a base.

Android 21, the machine isn’t canon. Vomi, the person she’s based on, is. As for the movies, only Battle of Gods, Resurrection F, Super Broly and Super Hero are treated as canon. The other earlier movies are all their own things.
