- The next entry to the Persona 5 family, Persona 5: The Phantom X, is a game that I initially wrote off since it was a gacha game, but after giving it a fair shot, I'm totally hooked and I loved playing it. The gameplay, the characters, the story, etc. are way better than I had anticipated, and this video strives to detail my exact thoughts while also being informative.

This is pretty fascinating to hear more about this game, mechanic as well.
This game’s vocal tracks that I’ve listened too are very great. Ambitions and Visions is my 2nd favorite vocal track behind Rivers and the Desert. Fatal Desire is also up there. I haven’t really been keeping with up with this game story wise but I am interested if your theory is correct. For the time being my favorite new phantom thief is that one girl with the purple hat. One thing I do like is that I love the new attack animations for personas actually doing the actions and not playing a stock animation. Not that it’s a problem but going forward imo the party member personas should have animations like this. Not entirely sold on this game but might be worth playing if this gets translated (Or if Fox and Queen get added lol.) Also this video probably makes it so that my total listens of Ambitions and Visions is in the 60’s.
Spin offs sometimes don't get the love they deserve. Persona 5 Strikers and Tactica, although not as good as Persona 5 Royal, are still very good games, I'm glad Phantom x Continues this Trend
I love all of the P5 spin offs, especially Tactica. They got slept on so hard

idk if it's bad things or not, but the skill sets at least for the party members, some of the combats UI, and the buff/debuffs icon thingy are really screaming Honkai Star Rail for me. Idk if the obtainable Personas still have the traditional megaten skills like Gio, Agi, Dia, etc. tho .
Maybe it's because it's developed along with Chinese dev? As long I know the Perfect Worlds , the dev that Sega/Atlus partnered with also making Tower of Fantasy which somehow having lot similarity with Genshin.
Aside that, the social life part of the game still just screams the feel of Persona games. The energy system might just be replacement of calendar for limiting activities since calendar system is impossible for live service games. I might give the game a try if they at least have JP releases

I wanted to try it on release day but couldn't get it to work so I'll wait for a Japanese or English version
The Taiwanese and Korean versions are a lot easier to get working if you’d like to try those out

I think the concept Is cool but as a mobile game really ruins the palace specialty of exploring In action, I think what would of been cooler Is the main antagonists In all persona games come back, either with like some type of time machine using shadows or something else would fit, although I think the characters In persona 5 royal would be against this, such as Maruki and Akechi. I think It would be a pretty cool thing to see many characters come back as refreshed models which would make people that are fans of 1 through 5 pretty happy, then It would give them a reason to put In gacha, that's when the new characters come In, they would be oblivious to the plan going on as they trick them Into doing what they want, that's when the protagonists from different games team up with the phantom x protagonist, then you will fight then as like a late game thing. idk I just thought something like a persona universe paradox would be better, no hate to phantom x

ofc unless if they keep this game f2p friendly and non grindy cuz let me tell you it is NOT fun doing reptitive tasks for a new meta every two months or so

I'm playing on the Korean version of the game. Currently the game is only available in Taiwan, Korea, and Mainland China.
