This is another way to neglect a dog and I found it the dangerous one, just give them water, food, and shelter it is not be fullfilling all the dog needs. education, social skills, excercise and respect are fundamental when you have a dog because these are the ones that will give you a happy family dog in return if you lack in them you doom your dog even if you surrender them or give them in adoption or even if them scapes you were literally trained them to fail with other owners as well.
