Hello the video is incorrect for collection. For men do not have patient urine directly into container as preservative HCL could be in container and cause injury to patient. Also collection end time should not exceed the start time ex. 7:00am of the 4th and end time was 7:05am 5th incorrect ex ... 7:00am 4th and 6:58am 5th Correct.
So frustrating to have to watch a few videos to figure out how to do this 😑 I was given no instructions at all, from the lab, no “hat” to collect, zero instructions, and absolutely no labels on either of the bottles.
Literally I can't understand the lab assistant's directions and I said, I will go through the procedure written in the paper. She said "it was not clear and may confuse". Then what's the reason Labcorp is providing a paper with inappropriate procedure!
Okay I like to know how you store in refrigerator not with food.. the refrigerator is meant to have food in it are we supposed to take all the food out?
@@shaquillefarrington1310 If you are being serious, as a female they are suppose to give you the thing shown in the video where you use to urinate in and go and pour it in the bottle. I rather keep the bottle near the toilet and that thing because I wouldn't be caught walking with urine in my bathroom and have it spill then it ends up smelling like piss 🤢
The pediatrician gave us a jug filled with acid, but when we needed to repeat the test the endo gave us an empty jar. Will the results differ, if there is no acid in the jug this time? Or, will the endo's team add the acid when they receive it?

It all sounds like a scam on the insurance companies since they give you a very small container for 24hrs worth of urine..makes no sense.
