Arnav always thought about Khushi, especially when he was alone in his room or office. He tried his best to ignore these feelings, but when he was with Khushi in the jungle and fought the goons fiercely, he realized he had feelings for her and didn't love Lavanya. This realization led him to call off his engagement with Lavanya, and he was planning to confess his feelings to Khushi. However, due to Shyam, it didn't happen. It is not true that Arnav started loving Khushi after marriage; he married her because of Anjali but had fallen for her much earlier.

He told her to stop caring about her sister more then the other house members but isn't he doing the same. He cares more about anjali then khushi and that's normal. So obv payal cares moe of khushi. And he doesn't even trust payal enough. He just married her like after meeting her for 3 days.
Now Anjali realised..Arnav is completely falling for khushi...and accepted..and happy for them...
