Reason of malfunction: The previous owner mixed fuel and oil tanks and filled the fuel tank with oil that is used for chain lubrication.
Then he used primer bulb to pump fuel (oil) to the system and tried to start the chainsaw.
The conclusion is... Chainsaw was sold for spare parts.
