Love pearl jam, my favorite band! However, I really dislike that they speed their songs up so much live, especially this one and given to fly. Those songs are meant to be slow and beautiful.
I agree with what you say but when playing in a band especially live songs usually speed a bit cos the band tends to get carried away, especially the drummer! In my band the drummer usually starts a song at 100mph!! We’ve got slow soft tracks that almost turn into a jungle/drum n bass mix live sometimes 🤣😂🥁 🚗 💨
Matt been playing with theses guys since early 90’s idk why a lot of people are surprised he can play all their songs but still can’t come close to Dave A. and can we not forget Dave crusen who recorded Ten before he hit rock bottom and there is only one man who even come close to that is Dave A I think crusen left his mark by recording Ten n it can’t ever be done again
