Please check in the description. I have given link to make NIF and bank account. Regarding appointment, it depends where you live. If in GCC, through embassy. From Pakistan you will submit in vfs

As of now, we are given to understand that all worldwide income will be taxed in Portugal on a progressive scale. Is this a fact? How do you cope with this? Thanks in advance for your guidance.
