Why is there so much sin in the world? In this sermon titled “Adam’s Posterity and Original Sin,” Dr. Martyn Lloyd-Jones examines the biblical teaching that Adam’s sin affects all. When Adam rebelled against God, he brought the whole human race into sin. Now everyone is born into a state of sin and alienation from God. Dr. Lloyd-Jones examines some different theories of exactly how it is that Adam’s first sin brought all of humankind into sin, but the important thing to remember is that the Bible teaches that all are affected by sin. Paul is clear that all are guilty before God, not only because they have broken the law of God, but also because of Adam’s actions. This doctrine explains why the world is full of sin and evil. But this doctrine is also important to understand in order to have a right view of what Jesus has done. Scripture says that Jesus is the new and better Adam who has come to reverse the evil actions of the first man.

We are born 'in sin' because when Adam sinned he could no longer be in the presence of God. He would be 'burned up' by brightness of His Holiness (glory). The separation that ensued was God's recovery of his children (the first MERCY) for without separation from God, the human race was already dead. Clearly, separation from God was always going to reduce human beings to 'The Naked Ape' and evolutionists consider this to be exactly so. As disciples of Christ through election and promise, we receive the Holy Spirit through faith in Christ Jesus. It is the Holy Spirit who 'covers' the recovered child of God and enables him/her to BE in God's Holy presence without certain annihilation. When Christ atoned for the sin of Adam by his birth, death, Burial, Resurrection and Ascension - The Father reconnected with human beings and has been gathering his chosen ones in for over 2000 years. As CH Spurgeon preached:
"When Christ died, DEATH took into itself the only innocent blood shed by a human being; moreover, death took into itself LIFE - because Christ had life in Himself - and when death drank innocent blood and LIFE entered into death's dominion, it was itself destroyed by the infusion of life. It is perfectly clear and no compromise is needed. God began the recovery of His people in Genesis 3:15 and the entire Holy Word tells us how and why. Praise the God of Glory for His Love. Amen.

This is bad teaching. This man is twisting the scriptures to say something that it does not mean.We are not born sinners. We commit sin when we choose to. God is good he did not create man to disobey him. Just as Adam chose to disobey, every human being makes that same choice to disobey.

I agree. Every human does make that same choice to disobey, The question is Why does everyone make those same choices?
[Rom 5:19 NKJV] 19 For as by one man's disobedience MANY WERE MADE SINNERS, so also by one Man's obedience many will be made righteous.
Even if this passage were not true, we would still need to explain why it is that before our conversion (the new birth) we all lived according the desires of our flesh and were by our nature children of wrath. [Eph 2:3 NKJV] 3 among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others.
In other words, if we were not born with a sin nature, why is it that every one (Apart from Christ) lives like we were born in sin?
Why is man not able to save himself by choosing to live a holy life?
[Rom 3:9 NKJV] 9 What then? Are we better [than they]? Not at all. For we have previously charged both Jews and Greeks that they are ALL UNDER SIN.
[Gal 3:22 NKJV] 22 But the Scripture has CONFINED ALL UNDER SIN, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.
