    That is one good looking pizza. I'm glad that the pizza dough worked out. It's nice to know that you can make your dough ahead of time. That could be very helpful.

    That looks like a beautifully elastic dough! I like them a bit thinner too, but would happily demolish that one all day- glad to hear it's so tasty!

      I could have stretched it more if I used the Wilprep oven since it allows up to a 16 in pizza. But, I was determined to use the Slice Box! Thank You!

    Fermented dough is always the best tasting! Pesto is great on pizza . Excellent video Paulie . I always feel like I learn something when I watch you experiment with different pizza making! Goiter pizza lol. I hope you and the little lady have a great holiday weekend 🇺🇸🙂 🍕 like 16

    4 days. Hmmm. Hole? What hole? I saw nothing! 😆Please, no more goiter pizza. Good tip to knock off the excess flour. Dang that's a lot of pepperoni. Looks like it's cooking up nicely. Oh I like a thick crust. In fact, I prefer it. Gosh that came out looking really pretty. I agree! And that's what I've been saying! You should totally go into the pizza biz. Nice that the dough was still good. Sure made a fine looking pizza. Now if you could just figure out a way to share with your viewers. That would be great!
