Oh I like a thick crust. In fact, I prefer it. Gosh that came out looking really pretty. I agree! And that's what I've been saying! You should totally go into the pizza biz. Nice that the dough was still good. Sure made a fine looking pizza. Now if you could just figure out a way to share with your viewers. That would be great!

Making it ahead of the time is the way. I usually only do 2 or 3 days proofing though. Thank You!!!
That looks like a beautifully elastic dough! I like them a bit thinner too, but would happily demolish that one all day- glad to hear it's so tasty!
I could have stretched it more if I used the Wilprep oven since it allows up to a 16 in pizza. But, I was determined to use the Slice Box! Thank You!
