- I managed to find the new card Knull in my token shop, and I immediately had to throw him into a Galactus deck! This deck is crazy fun because Knull gets absolutely enormous on the back of all the cards Galactus destroys.

Always love the gameplay, but also love your openess Reg. I don't need or have a real use for knowing how much you've spent on a game, but it does make me think! And how crazy it is that spending that much on a game is just an outright business investment for you.
I know very little Swedish, but one of the first things I learned was that "Knulla" means "to f**k".

It’s strange that Knull’s ongoing effect is calculated while he is in hand unlike Devil Dinosaur.
Same QoL happens with Morbius
Well devil dino is pretty easy to calculate yourself while morbius and knull are more difficult to guess. Keeping track of destroyed power is rough.
Plus dino would have to either show +2 over its real power due to it’s own presence in hand, or it’ll show its real power which may be a little weird for people now.
Death works like this also..drawn her having her down 3 or 4 energy points lol

Because it would count itself since devil dino is also in your hand. So the displayed power would be wrong.

Had a game where my opponent was playing a destroy deck and I got Knull from The Raft location. I also had Electro and Enchantress to get rid of the ongoing from Electro, so on turn 5 I played Knull and Arnim Zola in Dream Dimension. And because part of Zola’s effect is destroying the card he would then copy, the Knull’s essentially doubled in power. What made things funnier was the fact that in Dream Dimension the opponent played Hobgoblin. Now I really want Knull in my collection

Valkyrie changes the base power of the cards. So it's more like a buff to your knull.
its not. Knull has the same power, doesnt matter if he has 3 base or 0. same as taskmaster.
@@Kameo-jq3qo watch the video, it just added to Knull's overall power. He went from 21 to 24, Valkyrie actually buffs Knull by adding to his original power.

@@willpwn4cash That actually seems like a bug. According to its ongoing, the base power of Knull shouldn't matter.
@@Peter-rt3fl Not a bug, his effect is ongoing so it gets applied back after Valk's on reveal effect, think of it this way; She changes his base 0 attack to 3 then his ongoing effects applies again.

But he could win if he played sunspot, cause oppo would have 4+1 point from leader and his sunspot would be 1+5 points
@@lAvstxnl Yeah... but that loses to a bunch of other plays. Destroyer beats something like a Magneto, *and* ties a Leader. Your play beats a leader but loses to a Magneto or whatever else of a bunch of options, because it's only 6 power. Why take like a 50% chance to lose and a 50% chance to win when you can take a 50% chance to tie and a 50% chance to win? The expected cube value is much higher in the second example.
But watching it back, I actually think a THIRD play is better. Death + Sunspot ties a Leader but also beats any big stat stick like a Destroyer or something (not likely for their deck, but you never know)
@@RegisKillbin i guess its true tho, but i would gamble for leader play, cause there are a lot of no thinking kids that just hoping to win with that card, considering its unbeatable, but you right too, i just dont care about cubes on infinite, playing for interest and some funny moments

Hi Regis, I got him from the cache on day 1, I have 9k tokens would worth to get Galactus? not only for fun but also to try to climb a little, I dropped 10 stops trying to use Knull with my own decks.
As I mention in the intro, a little hard to climb with this. Galactus is pretty predictable, hard to get big cube gains.
I enjoy stealing Knulls with Rogue :D. But definitely a very nice card to have and play ;)
So I got galactus on the 1st day of the reset in the shop. I went from 20 to 77 in close to 2 weeks. Galactus is op. I have death pinned in the shop with only 100 tokens needed to buy her. Yeah this deck is great

Did they set a limit for how long you can pin a card in the token shop? I noticed after 24 hours my card got unpinned. So far this is the only frustrating thing I find in the shop. Why can't I pin a card for as long as I want? I thought that was the whole "point" for pinning???

There was this one big reddit post that had everyone convinced Yondu is bad in a general deck, and people kinda extrapolated without any nuance or context, as people often do. What can you do.

Knull is the vulgar version of sex(fuck) in Norwegian.
Personally I think Wolverine is actively bad in this deck. If I see an opponent with a Yondu and Electro, I consider that they're galactus but I don't immediately know. If I see Wolverine and Electro I immediately know they're playing galactus and win basically every time cause it's super easy to play around. 3 power in the galactus lane is never going to be worth that level of telegraphing
Well, it's not really about just the bonus 3 power (kinda 6 power with Knull, but I digress), the Wolverine is there to beat the Leader decks that are everywhere, when you play Destroyer. As you saw at one point in this video, Destroyer into Leader can force a tie with no Wolverine, but can win with Wolverine.
That said, I do think this deck suffers a ton from predictability, so this is definitely worth considering. I suspect at lower ranks, you'd be great with Wolverine, but perhaps at higher ranks, might be a cut.
Galactus deck with no Blink is not a galactus deck.
