That’s normal some people can’t go under hypnosis while others can
@@daniellegathings7651 BS, anyone can go into a trance, unless really low IQ. Some are very resistant and fight it (sometimes from fear) but anyone can go into a helpful trance.

Your mind is too involved. Learn to take yourself less seriously and don’t put to much expectation on a successful outcome. I mean even if it didn’t work could you honestly say you didn’t get anything out of it?

the "deeper deeper deeper" walking down steps induction is weak and cliche.
Erickson didn't use it. His voice was naturally hypnotic. So is her's, but she's limiting herself.

@@apekshatiwari208 Milton H. Erickson, did lots of pioneering work with hypnotherapy in the 40's-70's. You can even watch some of his work on youtube.

I know she knows what she is doing... she is great...
but I'm so surprised she is talking so fast... usually in hypnosis the hypnotist talks slower, bring the subject "Deeper" into relaxation. Her words are great... but Her fast talking, made it hard to relax... I couldn't follower her...
depends on the client also, yet I get your point from a training video perspective. You can tell they have already had lots of sessions and so likely the speed of induction gets ramped up major because of such.

Holding my eyes up gives me a headache and nausea.
I had this, just keep them as far up as is comfortable and once your eyelids start to close over your eyes just focus on your breathing. I don't know if that's the same but it's only a small part and it worked for me :)
He wasn't in hypnosis just following along. If you watch his body language he is very stiff and his eyelids dont flutter not once. 😂
