I'm sorry to hear that, Brandon! You shouldn't have uninstalled the authenticator app. Plus you should've taken note of your authenticator code. So you can still access your account.

Tip: You can make a new account or phone call Roblox that will help, If you think it’s difficult or don’t know their number you can search it up as well,
If you don’t want to do that make a whole new account and then put in a new username and password (same) you can easily do everything now and don’t worry this happened to many other people it even happened to me with my recording and sometimes my account but I still keep the device. By the way you hugged 2M subs!

I know how it feel dude, one day I accidentally logged out of my acc and then when I tried to get back in it didn't work and then I realized I can just use my email but the problem is in the past 5 years of playing Roblox, I changed my emails like 20 times but I didn't change my email in Roblox so the code Roblox sends they're sending it to my old email account so there's a Roblox account that has over 20,000 Robux goes down the drain

These companies say "Don't get locked out of your account. Add two step verification." But those very companies, themselves, locked us out of our account by coming up with the idea of "two step verification." It's silly.
They need to go back to the way it was before, where we click "forgot password" and then they email us a temporary one that's good for 24 hours, then we immediately go to "settings" then "password" then "edit." That's what they need to go back to. If only I could start a petition for these companies to do that.

I think you can get codes via email too. Try logging in and when that 2 step box pops up jump to your email and copy the 6 digit code
Brandon once you enabled you should be greeted with backup codes and just try to figure out what those are so you can get in

2 step verification isn't actually to prove that you're not a hacker it's actually to prevent hackers from getting in to your account. Also you probably should've had 2 step verification on anyways. I'm sorry that you lost your account

@@deers_official How? I'm pretty sure if a hacker gets into your account before you had 2 step verification they could turn it on on your account for themselves. All they need is a phone or a email and they can just type in their own email (for 2 step verification) or install their own verification app for themselves and then you're locked out of your own account if you log out. It doesn't verify that you're the real owner of the account (unless you can prove me wrong)

i know how to get back on. actually this happened to me. all u need to do is to log back in, and when u get that screen, look in ur mail and there is a 6 digit code u need to type in. like this so that he actually sees it

Alright so, Authenticator apps generate a one-time code that you use to confirm that it's you logging in to a website or service; they provide the second part of what's called two-factor authentication (2FA). You can read more about 2FA and why it's a good thing here. And i hope you get your account back and roblox will think that you are not a hacker

dont worry, this happened exactly to me but without all of the roblox verifying stuff. My account was made a LONG time ago so it was easy to be hacked and banned forever or change the password, safety was really not a suck thing for that account. And so, when i tried to log in when i was logged out, suspicious right? And when I tried to log in with the correct password and name and guess what happened. ... Yep, my account got hacked and changed the password or either for some reason got just blocked, and i wasnt doing anything. My Pc was idle, decided to turn it off, and the next day i have been logged out and cant get in. No verification or anything important effected that, it is just a mystery still to today why its blocked (gone). And the sad thing is, that account was literally LOADED on every car game (yes im a car guy). Basically what i mean is that every car game you'll see or think for me is maxed out. I have everything on every car game (not anymore) and that took like 3 years and now all of that progress is swiped and burned away. And I had also a lot of robux hat i have gotten. The last time I checked on that account was 20K robux for a game. But, well, now it is all gone. I hated that moment. I seriously cried. Seriously.
