Hi Caroline, we always love to see Sarah Joy she’s so sweet 💕 Henry looks so adorable in that vintage romper ❤ Your pushchairs are all great ❤ I love a pushchair 😅❤ that’s such a shame about the damage to your new pushchair 😢 naughty grumpy 😂 seriously though if it’s faulty Caroline I’m sure that it’s your customers rights to have it replaced even without the receipt as it shouldn’t have broken it should be stronger than that if it’s for a child 😢hope you can get it replaced ❤ 😊❤

Well I'm not sure as I don't have the receipt. I did buy it in JL on card, but with other purchases. I did video the purchase maybe I can show them that 😂

So sorry this has happened to you, definitely not acceptable, you should definitely show John Lewis and email the manufacturer, so lucky that this didn’t happen when jack was sat in it. The Joe looks a really nice pushchair and handy to click the carry cot to the frame looks lovely hun xx

Isn’t the point of the Doona not having to carry two separate things? And don’t their heads “flop” anyway regardless?

Yes they do flop naturally. Here the advice is to not be in the car seat for long because the airway gets restricted because of the heavy head. It is a difficult one isn't it. The Donna should be for short use like going from house to car - so many people don't have drives, let alone garages here, and the car seat is heavy. So the wheels help. There is a new Donna out tho

I can’t sleep in silence. I have to have the radio on, or some kind of sound. My mother taught me to sleep with noise around me when I was a newborn back in prehistoric time so she could do homework and people could come over and not have to whisper because I was sleeping.

Yes to day noise but we think night time is better soundless. There is a difference between day and night sleep
