GAZELLE HORN (KAAB GHEZAL) almond paste, flavored with orange blossom water, is coated with a thin paste . They are served to wedding guests kind expensive 180 dh+/kg but not for everyday Thea like Baghrir . Msemen. Bechkito. Chebakia . Fekkas. Mhancha . Makrout. . Zalabia .......during my childhood people used to make them at home I'm talking 10kg buckets to serve them to guests after Ramadan specially

Hi guys. About the sweets that you have tried...
The samosa is called Breewa. The filling is almond paste with flavourings such as rose water, cinnamon sugar and arabic gum. The paste is then wrapped in a paper dough similar to filo then shaped into a triangle fried then dipped in either honey or a sugary syrup.
The second one is Kaab ghazal. Which I think translates to Deer ankle !!! So the dough is flour butter and rose water and the filling is almond paste. They are then shaped into half moons then baked unlike the Breewat which are fried.
The third one is Mehensha which loosely translates to serpentine. So again filo pastry and almond paste filling then coiled to resemble a dormant snake ☺️ Samosas are my favourite too btw.
Ps I think the missus would look stunning in one of the traditional Moroccan outfits like the kaftan. And perhaps you too ought to try some local outfits like the Jabadour or Djelaba and live and look like a Moroccan for a day 😁

Just wanted to inform you that starting tomorrow or perhaps the day after, Ramadan begins, so all Moroccans will be fasting. In the mornings, you'll notice the city quite empty, but come evening, it's the opposite.

It’s the hammam ( talking about the traditional one,it’s cost around 20dh and then u tip the guy working inside to do u all the scrabbing and so ) u should try it just like Gordon Ramsay did u will love it !

Ask ur hosts where’s the nearest traditional hamam don’t go the fancy ones u don’t need it,unless u guys want to try both out curiosity( whoever prices shoot up starting from 250dh )
