Exactly what I am discovering this year! Folklore and Evermore are more my type of thing but Reputation- and going back into her discography, I think the album tracks are better than the big hits!
@@npats550 This is almost always the case when it comes to Taylor. The radio singles & popular hits are never her best songs. You really have to dig into albums (or trust Swifties to lead you the right way).

When he said ‘I’d have a panic attack at her concert’ I FELT THAT. For her REP tour we won tickets on 96.3 for literally nose bleeds at arrowhead stadium and when we get to the concert we were scurrying around trying to find them and this random guy working there seen us wearing previous merch from the RED tour and GAVE US PIT TICKETS we were literally crying!!! Then when she came out we were seriously shaken to the bones with how loud and close we were! It was the best night ever! I’ve seen her live 4 times and REPUTATION will forever be a core memory! Love these reactions so much

Another vote for Don’t Blame Me live from the Reputation tour! Or I Did Something Bad live from either the AMAs or the Reputation tour! You’re about to go in a journey lol. I personally wouldn’t have chose anything from the 1989 world tour to showcase her vocals because she was struggling with an eating disorder at the time. It took a toll on her body and her voice.

You should react to I Knew You Were Trouble and We Are Never Getting Back Together from the 1989 tour - rock versions of very poppy songs, and it works well for her. Also, the entire Reputation Tour is fire, but if you haven't seen them already, Intro+...Ready For It?, I Did Something Bad, and King of My Heart are fantastic. Keep going, it's so fun to watch your animated reactions as you slowly become a Swiftie. :)

Most Swifties at least somewhat disagree with the tracks selected as singles. Shake it Off, You Need to Calm Down, ME!, etc. Not awful but they don't represent the best of Taylor and are extremely overplayed. Her first 3 albums are more country and were written when she was really young, but they have a few gems. In my opinion, her best stuff starts with Red and I mean Taylor's Version of Red. Great stuff on that, 1989, Reputation, Lover, Folklore, Evermore, and Midnights.
But many of her very BEST songs are ones you won't hear unless go out of your way to listen. Fortunately, all you have to do is to ask Swifites and we will give you tips on what to listen to, as well as the stories behind them - if you want that info. lol. We don't all have the same opinions, of course, but I'd say to check out her Grammy performance for Out of the Woods. Wonderland is another good but underplayed song from 1989. Great album - the ones I'm not as crazy about are How You Get the Girl and Bad Blood. lol. Cruel Summer from Lover is great; I'm partial to False God (sexy song), but not everyone digs that one. I'd recommend all of Reputation. From Folklore: Mad Woman. From Evermore: Ivy, Gold Rush, Tolerate It. I also love Marjorie, Cowboy Like Me, & Coney Island - really Evermore is a favorite, but not sure you'd like all of those. Midnights - another favorite. lol. Try Lavender Haze and Maroon (my favorite) if you haven't already.

I love this song! You need to listen as well to the song ‘Clean’ from 1989 or ‘Out of the Woods’. Also if you can search for the songs she played at the Grammy museum, I think it was in 2015, she plays at the piano and guitar, she played several songs, she’s just amazing live just with her piano or guitar

Her best songs & performances aren’t mainstream & non. Swifties aren’t exposed to them & form preconceived opinions about the type of artist she is.
What is crazy is Taylor says this is the tour she struggled on bc of trying to be so thin and having an eating disorder. Her singing and endurance has improved over the past two tours bc she is a lot more healthy.

One of my favourite live locals from TS is Don't Blame Me from the Reputation Tour. I also have a soft spot for We Are Never Getting Back Together from the 1989 Tour which she does as a rock track.
She growls a LOT in this tour in particular...i wish it were the same on the album as i LOVE IT. But songs from a suitcase vocal coach says it can really wear out your vocal chords when she reviewed this tour.

Couldn't get tix to her Australian shows - other side of the country for me - but I watched the Eras Tour at the cinema while my kid was at kindy, went in the middle of the day and I danced in the front row like nobody was watching 😂 Coldplay on the weekend, Foo Fighters the following week! Spewing I missed Jimmy Barnes last weekend!!! Bring on all Aussie summer!
