Yes! For the second sentence, I would say, “我经常晚上11点看书的时候睡着”。

Don't we write time before 我 ?

It depends.
Usually we put “today” （今天）or tomorrow （明天） before 我，
or sometimes we put 今天三点我... （today (at) 3 o’clock I ...
but if you say “I have a meeting at 3” we usually say 我三点有会议
You can also say 下午三点我有会议
In sum, the majority of the time you can put time both before and after 我 (interchangeably),
though sometimes we prefer to say 我五点回家 (I go home at five. ) ( time after 我）

Difference between 汉语 和 中问

汉语 refers to the language spoken by the Han ethnic group (the majority of Chinese people), 中文 refers to the literacy and language spoken by China （中国）
