Let's face it, the man is a class act. I fell hopelessly enamoured with him at age 6 when I heard stairway to heaven for the first time. I am now nearing fifty with a beautiful five year old boy and he is getting a broad music appreciation from me. We go back over the classics and the night he first saw and heard it, he got the same feeling I did so many years ago. He made me play the 10 minute version 3 times and played air guitar on my arm, completely swept away with the magic of the music 😆. Thank you Robert for the legacy you have left, one that will continue to inspire for generations to come. After thought.... He also gives his albums the best titles. Yes Sir, a class act all the way 🥰
I felt in love with him to with Stairway to Heaven at age 14; I was transported in a kind of mystic rapture or something I still can name it. Today he is still a person I admire and I would love to know more about his frame of mind more than his lifestyle. He is certainly one of a kind and unique.
So glad to have seen this man in concert. The best concert I have ever seen till this day. His voice is just as perfect live as recorded. The best voice of any singer in my humble opinion. Would love to meet him just to shake his hand and tell him how much his music has meant to me all these years.
In 1980, Zep were supposed to start a new tour. Getting a ride from my dad, the guy on the radio said "Ted Zeppelin is suppose to come to town". Then, after a minute or so, he corrected himself "Sorry, that is Fred Zeppelin".
I met Robert Plant backstage at the Omni Arena in Atlanta in 1985 for his Shaken "n" Stirred solo concert tour where he also performed as his own opening act with the Honeydrippers. He was about 45 minutes late for the concert and arrived with Larry King, so I didn't get to spend much time with him. But, it was a great concert. And, I got a bunch of memorable photographs on my photo pass for the show. Nice guy and quite talented!
I went to a concert he gave at Oakland, California but still don't know why he didn't want to play Stairway to Heaven during so many years although I hear many urban legends about it. The audience was shouting asking for his most famous song but he didn't played it. That was a pity, although whatever he sings sounds great, and my friend and I were quite disappointed.

It's the person behind the star singer that I admire as much. He is someone who is constantly learning and keeps growing and remains intertwined with the rythm of today. I think that's why he is an artist of all ages reinventing himself every second. I am amazed both by the singer's voice and the man's personality equally. My happiest day in a long time was when I could see him on a stage in Stockholm. I still feel richer because of that day.❤

I was a young teenager when the grunge rock broke out in the 90s which is my favorite music and right around this time I got familiar with Led Zeppelin and for me they sounded like a grunge of the 70s. That was genius music for that era. I also found Jimi Hendrix very grungey as well. Amazing music.
Led Zeppelin is my all time favorite band. Robert Plant is awesome, sexy and the best lead singer of all bands. The song "All of my love" was written and recorded for his son. Page wasn't sure about putting it on the album but did so for the sake of knowing how important it was to Plant.

I was brought up along side of seven uncle who would play every song by Led Zeppelin and all of plants song while I would write the lyrics. I hold plant close to me heart. In 96 I lost three of them to suicide and the first song I heard by him was Ramble on. Now at the age of 45 I still hold his music close too my heart and forever I will remember my love for for his music.all of my love too you!

I saw him at Nassau Collesium in his hip huggers, no shirt, with the beautiful hair singing on the stage as we walked on the terrace in the circular building. I felt surreal watching him because I knew I was watching legend.

Was lucky enough to see ZEPPELIN in Oakland , Ca. 7-23-77 , days before Karac died and they cancled the N.O. shows . My sister went the following day which ended up being the last ever USA show from Zep .

The best rock singer ever by a mile. It must have been divine intervention to bring the four members of Led Zeppelin together. I can’t think of any other band with so perfect a match. All four the best in the world at what they do. They still send tingles down my spine every time I listen to them. The solo stuff and collaborations are also outstanding. They have certainly brought joy to my life as well as hundreds of millions, maybe even billions of others. The word legends is banded about too easily these days but in this instance it is very appropriate to use, legends all of them.

I was a young teenager when the grunge rock broke out in the 90s which is my favorite music and right around this time I got familiar with Led Zeppelin and for me they sounded like a grunge of the 70s. That was genius music for that era. I also found Jimi Hendrix very grungey as well. Amazing music.
Led Zeppelin is my all time favorite band. Robert Plant is awesome, sexy and the best lead singer of all bands. The song "All of my love" was written and recorded for his son. Page wasn't sure about putting it on the album but did so for the sake of knowing how important it was to Plant.

I was brought up along side of seven uncle who would play every song by Led Zeppelin and all of plants song while I would write the lyrics. I hold plant close to me heart. In 96 I lost three of them to suicide and the first song I heard by him was Ramble on. Now at the age of 45 I still hold his music close too my heart and forever I will remember my love for for his music.all of my love too you!

Was lucky enough to see ZEPPELIN in Oakland , Ca. 7-23-77 , days before Karac died and they cancled the N.O. shows . My sister went the following day which ended up being the last ever USA show from Zep .

The best rock singer ever by a mile. It must have been divine intervention to bring the four members of Led Zeppelin together. I can’t think of any other band with so perfect a match. All four the best in the world at what they do. They still send tingles down my spine every time I listen to them. The solo stuff and collaborations are also outstanding. They have certainly brought joy to my life as well as hundreds of millions, maybe even billions of others. The word legends is banded about too easily these days but in this instance it is very appropriate to use, legends all of them.
Ann Wilson does a better job with Zep music than Robert does or did!
