Thanks for this review.
One of the thing that i appreciate from yours reviews is that you test iems, dongles etc.. with a very interesting playlist. I listen essentially jazz and classic music, and also quite a bit of Rock, blues, Pop and electronic musics, but less than the first genres mentioned.
Your musical tastes (and the description of it give me a good point of view of the equipment tested.
So, in a way I trust your ears 😄
Thanks. I always try to listen to as many genres as possible, finding a way to enjoy them as how they are meant to be. Cheers
As I see the note for the new Andy video I hoped for the Akliam PD5 review! Andy still keeps us to alertness!
@@donglemadness 😄Are we gonna have the review our dearest Andy precious dongle friend today maybe? Someone want to buy a new dongle and is in confusion!😂
My search for dongle reviews leads me to your channel, while the detailed reviews made me stay.
Your reviews are like introduction to casual listener who own iem's but not an audiophile, to someone who just stumbled into the world of hi-fi music, what dongle to use, how to properly use them, what iem sound neutral or more bass.
Thank you for the information,
Other reviewers only talks about iem and there graph along with the sound but not how to actually let us casual user achieve the same thing.
Crinacle is on the roll, has appeared in like 3 collabs this month at the same time... Meanwhile I'm only interested in Kefine Delci after reading/watching the reviews. AAV IEMs when?
AAV IEMs? lol thanks for the vote of confidence, for now I am working on hand-crafted cable I made myself, I don't have the money, influence or resources to go anywhere near being able to do IEMs like others
Hello Andy, I take this opportunity to ask you for a recommendation since this simgolo does not work for me for the music I listen to: classic rock, prog, blues, funky; my time.....at that price and better less, what would you recommend? Thanks in advance
It seems that you will need Simgot EA500LM, or if you need more Bass, Kefine Delci, both are highly suitable for Rock/Metal. FiiO FD11 too if you want super smooth sound
how good are the apple dongle when it comes to sound on easy to drive iems, and how do they compare to similar prices abigail pro?
How good? I personally find Apple dongle just barely adequate for easy to drive 16 Ohm IEMs and it starts to struggle when going anything higher than that. JCally JM7 or Abigail Pro on the other hand can even handle HiFiMan HE400SE full sized magnetic planar headphones without struggling too much. Sorry, I just don't find Apple dongle viable at all when better options exist at cheaper price and performs better
Hello Andy, have you tried Chu 2? I had the original Zero, but the Chu 2 is better than it. I haven't got the Zero 2 since it didn't seem like an 'upgrade' from Chu 2. What is your opinion on these budget iems?
No I haven tried Chu2. The last budget IEM similar to Chu I tried was the Lan and you can see it in my channel here. If you like the tuning style of Chu, then I would say you will find Tanchjim ZERO is the one that I admire the most. Other than that, for budget segment, the current leaders are Pandamon 2, Delci and EA500LM
Sorry for being out of topic, but what dongle has the best soundstage and dynamic for under $200? I'm currently using DC03pro and feel the dynamic is rather lacking.
I don't really know how to suggest if you feel DC03Pro is not dynamic enough, it seems we are hearing things differently. DC03Pro to me is one of the most fluid with dynamic transients. You can see I struggle here to recommend anything more dynamic that that, perhaps you are looking for even more energy, if that's the case then I would say go for iBasso DC06Pro or AKLIAM PD4 or at least Shanling UA4, but if you want wide soundstage, iBasso DC04Pro is one of the best, followed closely by AKLIAM PD4+ or Moondrop DAWN Pro
@donglemadness thanks, definitely will try dc06pro, really liked the app 👍
Hi Andy my friend, id try Kz D-fi only number 4 on plus tangzu waner cable the result was amazing 😊 i really like the sound and spatial like holographic 😊 i hope you can review this also. Thank you in advance. Btw i used ibasso dc 04 pro dac
Thanks. I have already reviewed DF-i and Wan'Er SG so there will be no newer videos on them. They are great IEMs at affordable price indeed. especially DF-i
Andy overall which is better:
Truthear Hexa or KiwiEars Singolo?
Dear Andy, Moondrop Aria vs Truthear Hexa.
Please suggest as I have to order my first IEM.
Had received my iBasso dc03 pro and loving it. Thank you for your guidance as you explained it's right that exactly.
@@usmanmansoor1998Not Andy but Hexa still winning despite the price point due to better separation. Tuning wise Aria more fun
Havent tried dioko, but Zero 2 is indeed the best Crin collab iem.
@@bladecup u just dont like like them. Doesn't mean its garbage, its just that different people prefer different things.
@@nidhinpavurala517 Bro its not i like them or dislike them, its the fact, tanchjim zero will wash the floor with both crin garbage;) and thats fact, and its fine for people to love garbage or kinda, i dont mind about them, i just stated the fact, already known in community and proven many time...
@@bladecup tanchjim Zero are my fav too ♥️. I can understand what u mean, but the thing is Tanchjim Zero is not for everyone some people like 7hz type of tuning so for them it's really good is all I'm saying 😊
kefine delci or Singolo?
Watch the comparison section and see the rating for Delci vs Singolo, that should help you decide
prone to tangling.. modern bassy music. got it
Skipping this IEM...
Very clever saying which type of playlist is it more suitable for. I thinkmore reviewers should go into this type of detail.
😁
