This is Victor borge performing his inflationary language and his phonetic punctuation. First time I heard both of these was in 1973 on seasame street, i was 5. I didn't know it, but i became a fan right then. all though there isn't any music in this clip, he is famous for combining comedy and classical music. He came to the US during WW ii, running from nazis, learned the language (he is from denmark) and has been a powerhouse ever since. born in 1909, he passed in 2000. I'll share some of his musical bits, later.

Victor Borge (pronounced almost like the late hockey player Börje Salming's first name) was a musical genius, but he would seldom play an entire piece completely on the piano, since he would incorporate "Happy birthday to you" into any classical piece and you would hardly notice it until it was "too late". A world class musical comedian. RIP
