In Sir Alex’s days, with any signings made, their temperament, work rate and desire to win were just as important as their ability. When he left, that seems to have left with him. More than one manager has complained about the standards at United, and until all the players who are not good enough and have bad attitudes are gone, this club is going nowhere. Im no fan of ETH but when you're on £350k a week (£50k aday) all you need do is turn up on time, do as the manager asks and "If" you have a grievance, keep it in house.
I'm terrible in the mornings, I genuinely really struggle and often sleep straight through my alarms (yes I have several) but im self employed, its my pocket Im hurting. But if I was employed and earning just an average wage, I'd have my mum ringing my mobile and my sister ringing my landline to make sure im up on time.

I disagree. We do not need to know if this a unilateral rule for everyone. There can be degrees of application from player to player. The manager needs to have the freedom to mange and apply strategies to get the players firing on all cylinders. We as the fans are not the manager and cannot dictate how he should manage. IF data proves that Sancho ran more than anyone, does that mean he must play? Noo if that the manger and the coaching staff determine that He's attitude any attribute does not qualify him to start or be in the squad then it is their prerogative. The fact that he has been cryptic on social media and taking it public shows that he does not want to play for the club and in essence should've put in transfer request.

Because 1) if you’re late, how do you know others are late? 2) if you’ve been given special training in Netherlands, you’re not on the same standard of others, 3)each player is held to standards that matches them and their value so Sancho constantly comparing himself to others is one of those immature behaviors your parents tell you to never do. Because the inconsistency I see is Sancho being given special attention (Netherlands training) etc. and not performing at the expected level upon his return.
