Apka online class kab starts hotahe
Plaintiff orgi required the suit land need to be three share.the advocate loose the argument and became one fifth. Immeditately within three month ,there must an appeal before judge court.in the mean time the advocate take the previlage to meet the defendant and his advocate .misguide the plaintiff.start the next process to publish exparty paper declaration.it take time more than five years then start the process of demarcation of the suit land through Amin commission.the commission came to know the suit land need to divide into five part.but the plaintiff complain that it is wrong as my orgi required one third commission plaintiff and advocate dicuss the matter and stop the demarcation.unfortunstely the advocate returned the file saying nothing can be done.you better go back home as final decree and apeal time. Become too late.it is more than six years late. The plaintiff is apoor person age about 79 . Living in a miserable back ward class getting 500.oo as old age govt. Bhata the person have three sons ,with unemployed .such miserable condition the plaintif became hopeless.. from 2008 to 2022 the long process became fruitless.tell me wtat will be the next process I mean the next step. My mob no 8984616418..sub judge court nayagarh civil suit no 181/2008 name damodar pradhan vill. Dimiria pada nabaghanpur.post gopalpur tahasil Raj ranpur dist nayagarh. Pin 752025.please give me a valuable advice .I need your help.
