Gamers and people who had online school during lockdown: hold my beer
My aunt taught me this when I was 9. Its such a good tip actually
Due to having to use online learning during the pandemic, my muscle memory memorized every single key on the keyboard and as a result I can type with the keys covered
yea same I memorize every single key on the keyboard but I don't remember a single thing that I studied in school today
true
😮
Me too:R
What I do is move my hands in any way thats not uncomfortable and just.... Type. It works wonders compared to typing the "correct" way. However, i still take forever on typing essays, paragraphs, sentences, etcetera because I never know what to write.
same i also press my space bar with my pointer finger
I literally just posted a comment of me just explaining the same thing but very lengthy lmfao
I am the same way.. I type fast and I just move my hands and fingers all sporadically and it works…
My school forced me to learn touch typing back in 2013 or so, at around 8 years old. Im so glad they did, cuz i could not have imagine going through my high school english classes and typing up essays only using my index fingers 😅
Blud the " you place ur right hand on these 4 keys and ur left in these 4 keys" is home row💀💀💀
bruh didn’t everyone learn this in school or was my school just weird 😭😭
I learned it, but I never used it, I do what they always called "Pecking", but I probably type faster than their principle now anyways lmao
OUR schools were just weird
A.C.E school?

I learned it but never used it, I didn't need to type until I got my laptop then slowly I learned as long as I know what I have to say but if I'm trying to type random letters like in those typing games I'm useless
"instead of messing around until you remembered the key locations"
uhhhhhhhhhh that's what i did
*myhoyb*
I got 110-120 typing speed (casual is around 80-90) just by free forming it lmao, I never liked doing touch typing
What do u mean i hate
Same
@@landon.jpeg2this right here. this is what I do
After hearing this short you made it worst now i cant stop looking at the keyboard without realising because you made me realise i have been doing the whole time
In the Netherlands we have specific typing lessons in primary school so when you're 10 in the Netherlands you can also do this
Typing class:👁️👄👁️
Typing club:👁👄👁
Typing lessons:👁️👄👁️
usually, when I type my essay slowly is not because I can't type fast, I just don't know what to write
im so good at typing now :)
They taught us this in middle school and jr high
I was required to learn this in school. If you started pecking the keyboard they would make you take extra lessons during lunch and recess lmao
