That was a long shift. He had a ton of juice still to chase down that last puck too. Pretty impressive.
From his appearance he seems to be in great shape and has a good size as a rookie. He’s gonna mesh extremely well and will likely be the next captain of that team here in a few years
Such smooth skating by everyone. I wish I could...
Always admire sharks fans. Maybe the most underrated fanbase in the league, and whenever I talk to one its always pleasant. Drove down for a Canucks game a few years ago!
the sharks have fans?
@@Pix3lPalace more than I ever would have thought, yea. Pretty sure when they had Jumbo Joe and Co. they sold out most games.
So what happened in OT?
@@user-de7bd7bx1i No OT, after regulation it went straight to the shootout
@@sharkcityhockey so why did you say he forced OT in the title?
just say he forced shootout
@@rileystone3017 🤔🙃
@@sharkcityhockey Also a prospect game, not much of a big deal, considering some Canadian Hockey League players are better than most of the Sharks players.
@@bushy1So doesn’t that mean Celebrini’s teammates are also worse than players that play in Canadian Hockey Leagues. Think that one through next time buddy 😂
Ill say this generation maybe getting better with the hands and fancy wrist shot. But they are absolutely ass at passing and set ups. Basics, master the basics. Thats what the golden era had that this knew one doesn't. But they had hands and hitting too. Afinaginov, fuckin ridiculous hands, forsberg, datsyuk, gianta,st.louis. these guys in their prime would make you look like children out there. And its because they MASTERED the fundamentals

the new generation is great at passing and set ups... but the defenders are way better skaters so there is less time and space than any other era
@@chrisbauman2562 Buddy, you're just trying to show off, you don't know what you're talking about. You listed about 5 different guys who had Completely different playstyles. Kids these days don't go out for beers after EVERY game. They train and master their craft. Ask anyone who actually played in the NHL and they say how much better players are these days, Macklin being the model for a perfect 2-way game
@@andystover1013 smoke another one bud
Still going to be last in the league next year, BY A WIDE MARGIN LMAO.
Exactly bro
Uh only two to three of these guys are are actually going to be on the team. They were a substantially worse team last year and were only last by 3 points. They added to both their blue line and forward group, outside of the prospects who signed their ELCs, so if they were last by 3 last year it's a safe bet they improve quite a bit this year, at least in terms of points
@@andystover1013 Being last by three points is still bad, the Sharks are probably still going to get at least 28th place if they're lucky
Its a Shark Prospect game, good luck not getting 32nd place 🤣 If thats the most impressive thing they have to offer, Celebrini isn't going to anything for San Jose.
“Going to anything”?
@@20razzledazzle going to do anything, man your sharks fans worry more about grammar than hockey
@@bushy1you either dont watch hockey or just started if youre doubting how crazy the kid is at hockey
@@brandonbergh2585I've been watching hockey ever since i was born, and it won't save the franchise, he ain't Sidney Crosby saving the penguins from bankruptcy 🤣💀
Watch the last period of that scrimmage. If this kid got drafted farther north or east, you'd be hearing how much better he is than the last 7 guys who went first overall. And the reason is because he's got that drive and IQ to make everyone on the ice around him better. Don't worry your little head about how the Sharks are going to do.
