Nice demonstration video, the examples provided show the navigation menu inside the area of the image header at 6:16, but yours didn't showed up any navigation menu at 6:59, how do you place a menu there?
It’s because I did not activate a transparent header for my site. If I activated it then this would work like the one displayed at 6:16 mark. Also, it depends on whether your theme allows you to activate a transparent header.

Curious are there modern dynamic styling options like parallax images, on scroll animations?

flatsome theme has added parallax option to any images in their ux builder
i want to add a section after add to cart button on single product page. how we can do that by using shortcode like i have elementor pro and i make sections and i want to them by shortcode. and Whatever I want to do section after add to cart it will be different for all products. because i want to show data like cash on delivery avialable on this product or not and more columns like this.If it is so that I can get such fields only when I add a single product then i need to just select themand they looked according to which i option select
If you have an Elementor Pro then use a Template builder it has. With it you can create your own single product page layouts.

can it be used with Kadence blocks or is that asking for trouble?
You can use them together, but I wouldn’t do that, and I would choose either this or that. Otherwise, it may get messy in the future to figure out what is what. Especially if there’s an update that messes something up or if you would like to delete on of these plugins.
I've had a lot of issues with Spectra breaking aspects of websites, to the extent that I've had to rebuild entire site layouts in regular blocks to get around its problems. It seemed ok at first but it's proven to be incredibly fragile and buggy, not to mention embarrassing when it's messed up clients' newly published sites on several occasions. So now I completely avoid it. Unfortunately, this also makes Astra's templates essentially useless because they all use it. I've been using Astra since 2018 and this is actually making me consider a main theme change.

Spectra is a good plugin, however its rollout was a disaster for many long time users of Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg. It broke a many websites layout and changed some default settings in the backend.
