Har State ke har thane me Police Officer abhi jitna hai utna aur badhana hoga. Har Court me Judge ko bhi jarurat ke motabik badhana hoga.

Why? Is zero FIR not available in previous law?

Most police denied E-FIR
Police personnel is bound to accept E-FIR . Otherwise automatic disciplinary action . Police gets salary from Tax payers money . Police is bound to perform his duty .
Respected Madam, I had lodged one complaint at New Delhi Police Station on 11.06.2024, but on 27 th June I have come to my son house at Melbourne Australia, now I want to file E FIR for the same but I can't go to Delhi soon for sign the FIR.
