Check around the cell and try to find anything like a knife, a nail file, anything to smash the bars of the cell with. Before this, if you are still in the cuffs, rub then against the most rigid part of the cell and rub the cuffs against it until it breaks. I've checked the cell and there is a bunk bed, a toilet and a toilet paper roll holder, maybe you can try to rip that toilet paper roll holder off the wall, once your hands are free, use whatever item you find rather under the bed, in the bed, or just around the cell, then break one of those horizontal bars off, since younare plushies that should be enough space to squeeze out the cell.
