Thank you for your video, as it's an update for me. I came down twice last year and fell in love with the area. I already know what's in Greenville but I'm looking for a quiet neighborhood. Any neighborhood along Wade Hampton was perfect, as well as anything that was North of Wade Hampton between Paris Mountain and Lake Robinson. (Taylors, TR, Greer). Greer was the perfect small town for me. Where I come from, your cons are still pros for me. I come from a small rural section of NJ where it was nothing but farmland and it's been turned into 50 square miles of 4 Million people, traffic nightmare, warehouses everywhere and industrial hell. Can't wait to move to the Greer area. Hopefully next year.
