If you want Lynel parts go to the floating coliseum in the depths! Directly underneath coliseum ruins on the surface and has 5 consecutive Lynel fights, a red Lynel, a blue Lynel, a white named Lynel, a silver Lynel, and an armored silver Lynel. Silver Lynel saber horns are the most powerful fuse material at 55 attack power!

It's best to fuse high power items onto spears, the damage bonus will be the same regardless of what base weapon you use and getting +50 damage on a fast weapon like the spear will have a much more significant impact on DPS than a slow two handed weapon that already has good base damage.
Elemental keese eyes are incredibly good as well. They have the elemental power of the keese as well as the homing property that all eyes give. Also, use muddlebuds, puffshrooms, or similar items on the Forest Dweller weapons. They make the fused item reusable, which can be incredibly powerful. Puffshrooms my go to, since it makes most enemies immediately lose track of you, giving you as many sneakstrikes as you want
My go to is puff shrooms as well. I use my bow to 5 shot puff shrooms into a crowd, while wearing the radiant set with a molduga jaw on an eightfold blade. With or without an attack up 3 food buff I one shot everything except armored enemies. Literally anything that can be puffed I do it to them. So much fun to have them confused as well.
My fav fuse combo is the mirror with the hylian shield. The durability makes the mirror stay for a longer period if time
Ancient blade on any weapon that is not corrupted will give you a very powerful weapon i keep a few on a Knights sword and i think it's base 69 or something.

@@IronEyeBall yeah it works even better if you got the amiibos you'll get at least one uncorrupted weapon and maybe an ancient blade or two each day
idk i kinda like using gibdo bones because they add an extra 40 damage even tho they break easily
