New projects homemade lathes bed (second lathe)
Hello CZcamsr, today I’m glad to share my new second homemade lathes.
I do happy to make a bigger size because my first lathe the size is a bit small, when milling a big plate of thick metal is not easy because the length is not enough space to milling than the plate metal I used is thin most are 10 mm thick.
So I decided to make a new lathe bigger than the previous lathe. Now there is enough experience to make a new lathe also.

good job I think you are going to have to put an adjustable slider inside your cross slide to take up side-to-side movement in it as it wheres out.
Many thanks I appreciated your introduction because I had stuck ideas too sometimes.
Otherwise, I make it not in the role of a homemade lathe sometimes made this or a different way because behind the scene very hard to make these cause I don't have any tools and equipment enough. Right now I'm stuck gear rack for the tracking carriage where do I get it? I could find it online but I don't have an address because I'm living in the village. So my work is always slow.
