Immediately ask for the cops ID when he asks for yours and see how they weasel out from showing it.

A phone call is not more important than a person to person communication. If a phone call comes in during your conversation, as a courtesy you mention that you have to take a call. You do not just walk away as if the person you were communicating with is worthless. That shows the quality of the cop you had to deal with that day.

What are the auditors plans for the Real ID Act which officially goes into effect October 1st, 2020? Federal agencies, including DHS and TSA, may only accept state-issued driver’s licenses and identification cards as identification for purposes of accessing federal facilities.
would you care to point out precisely where within the body of the constitution is grants the authority for the government to demand a national id? OR ANY ID?
@@ocsob007 I don't think it's in there, but if you do a google search the Real ID act is a real thing and it goes in to effect October 1st, 2020. So first amendment audits are great, but our rights are being taken away less than 10 months from now.

It has taken me a while to get my head around the purpose of what you all are doing, but have accepted that, if done right, there is good coming out of it. However, I have unsubscribed from all except Amagansett Press (and his son), News Now Houston and News Now California. I feel they are the most professional and don't try to bait the folks they are auditing. Plus they are quick to compliment some officers and municipalities. They go into the audit with respect and try to get back the same. I watched one yesterday where there were 2 auditors, and they walked into a police dept. with open brown bottles in brown bags, and of course it was root beer. Then there are other auditors that immediately start cursing at police officers and getting personal, even calling female officers whores and sluts?? Really? C'mon man, you have lost focus on why these audits are being done. Just my 2 cents worth.
I gotta give my 2 cents here guys. First off I am very much unhappy with the surveillance state in the US and I totally understand when somebody is minding his or her own business and cops come up demanding ID it's way beyond the limits and I would not give mine up so fast. I also see your point in auditing certain public business to see if the 1 amendment rights are respected but what I have issue with is when a public employee does not want to be filmed and respectfully asks to not be filmed (weather they know the law or not) his or her request should be respected. I understand you have the right but It's obvious many times you do not show proper respect in these auditing videos. Cops and security guards are open for film but please respect the young lady at the desk. When you don't do this it only reflects bad on the audit. That's my 2 cents take it or leave it.
We get to watch and see if they are doing their jobs properly and with the appropriate attitude to the tax paying employees. The only ones worried are the ones who are doing something wrong. First amendment, the right to redress our government. We've got to know what they're doing to redress mistakes.

They are the ones responsible for the shenanigans of the police and public officials. If you’re truly interested in educating the public then direct your attention at those guys. You’re auditing the wrong people cause you’re starting at the bottom. The police and other agencies don’t make or direct the “law”. Your attempts are heartfelt but pointless.
