Yeah, he's decent, but most people seem to just stick to the same 5 high tiers, the only ones who can use every character in the game fluently is myself, and Hawk currently. Chaospunishment can too but he hasn't played in years from what I know.
The majority of characters in Raging Blast 2 *are* good if you, as the player, know exactly how to move & use their tools. More than 98% of the Raging Blast 2 community barely knows how to use anyone outside of the "best" characters in the game; Meta Cooler, SP Cell, Ssj3 Goku, Hatchiyack, Ultimate Gohan, etc. And when said people try to use other characters, they try to use them like a high tier. The result is *basically* nobody knows how to play the game. I don't think I've ever chosen Ssj2 Adult Gohan voluntarily but I always use him when the game gives him to me in random selection. As Katsumi said, besides her & myself, there's also Chaospunishment, KingDan, an old German player named Prengelnator & TwistedZero whom can all use Ssj2 Adult Gohan. TwistedZero, like myself & Katsumi, can also use practically the entire roster. I hope this info helps! The short answer is because nobody knows how to play the game properly & most players play every character the same.
