In software consulting, the productized model is absolutely how we crush it and deliver. You’re, fundamentally, buying weeks of development time from one of our teams.
I agree - I have a HR Consulting business. But the focus is on 3 core offerings- Talent Acquisition/onboarding, Dispute Resolution and Onboarding (outplacement and redundancy management) I use associates for various processes that they are experts (highly experienced) in.
I might be in the wrong career but I want to be able to build a company for my clients and I want to help people find two people to make a cartoon or make a video games /cards games but I don't know what model will work for me
