The home and community are both gorgeous! But too much for one person living. Any ideas on where to find one story/level, two bedroom, one bath homes that are 1000 sq/ft +/- or less and NOT a "tiny home". Prefer a cottage or villa style in a friendly, active community. Thank You! Love your videos!

Gorgeous! What is the price range? Did I see a gas stove? That's very important to me as I won't buy any house with an electric stove.
I agree they did a great job on these! The price is in the $500,000s depending on how it's optioned. This one does have a gas stove.
I don't understand the upstairs. Is that a separate apartment?
It could be used as a second living area but I think it's more designed to be a entertainment room with a kitchenette to keep drinks and snack close by.
Is this a safer place than the rest of Tennessee in the way of tornadoes and natural disaster? Thank you.
The tornado risk in the Knoxville area is much lower than other parts of Tennessee. We are fairly sheltered here as far as natural disasters go.
