1st time I seen Dr. Nassif upset and gave wonderful advice to this young lady
Staph infections are no joke. I pray she listens to her mom and Dr Nassif.
I had MRSA, which is like a worse version of Staph, back in 2012. I got it while being in a psych hospital. the doctor had to cut it out of my leg. it was incredibly painful.
Where do these people even get the money to do these things at such a young age ?

In one episode, they talked about body dismophia disorder. The doctors were able to talk a woman out of surgery. Thank goodness she listened to the doctors
Karla is gonaa look pretty damn silly when/if she reaches middle/old age. She was beautiful when she was a teen. No plastic surgeon should agree to ANY kind of surgery just to fulfill a cartoon fantasy..
Good on dr Nassif for not even examining her. It really enforces his message
We all know she's having more surgery. Almost every day someone dies from infection or depression leads to suicide. Social media is the direct reason for this and it's very sad.
Definitely. She says at the end "IF I continue to have surgery..." That doesn't sound like she's changing her mind about it

Dr Nassif nailed it. I love fantasy, cosplays, m&a, and so on. But her way of life is hekk unhealthy. Make your own story, girl!

The Doctor did the right thing a staph infection is serious asf, I'm going through it right now for the second time in my right ear and currently on antibiotic ear drops, First time I Got a staph infection it got real bad an turned into MRSA I spend 3 days in the hospital and even needed a blood transfusion and about 5 diffrent types of antibiotics and shots to get to go away because that infection is resistant to antibiotics, She really needs to relax until that Staph infection clears up completly so it doesn't get worst, Worst thing about a staph infection and MRSA is that it affects your sense of smell and to me EVERYTHING STINKS Right now even food 😢
One thing I find disturbing is that this woman feels the need to be dishonest with her family in order to pursue the surgeries. If you are afraid to admit what you are doing (especially to the people who care most for you), something is very wrong. 🚩🚩🚩 Dr. Nassif was absolutely right.

Mothers like hers MEAN WELL but her intensity can push a child to doubt themselves and develop low self-esteem...to then SEEK approval elsewhere in the wrong places and/or build a self-image based on a false character that has nothing to do with human reality.

Way to go Dr. Nassif. This young woman needs therapy. I feel that surgeons should give therapy referrals to certain patients as a first step.

Lip fillers! It enhances the loss of volume along the sides of the nose. Plus she has filler in her cheeks and chin which exacerbates it even more, so she looks puffy and round but the signs of aging have been enhanced.
I hope when she goes another doctor ,same thing the dr. will do, coz she dont need a lot at young age

Not really. There are small differences, but implants are meant to weigh about the same as the equivalent of natural tissue.
