I definitely gonna try soba noodles, especially since another heat wave coming to Chicago. Growing up in Russia we had cold soup called Okroshka when it was hot in the summer. It’s basically a potato salad with cucumber and some meat or bologna in Kvass. Kvass is fermented beverage made from rye bread. It sounds super weird but I love it.

Hey. Love ur videos and cooking. EVERYTHING SEEMS SO DELIXIOUS AND HEALTHY but remember when eating to sit in a proper way. Not with your elbow on the table and not so wonky as u were.
I mean not bc it’s not good to see but also because u could have some postural problems
